Meet Your Hosts

Gabby and Kaitlyn are the co-creators and heart behind Cosmic Activation—The Retreat. They share a passion for building intentional, empowering spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, explore new practices, and expand alongside an aligned community.

This retreat is a reflection of their shared mission: to help others awaken their potential, feel grounded in their truth, and experience real transformation—from the inside out.

Kaitlyn Robinson

Kaitlyn is a breathwork and movement facilitator with a background in health, fitness, and holistic wellness. Her own healing journey began in the world of physical health, but over time, she realized that true transformation goes far beyond the body—it starts with the mind, the nervous system, and the subconscious patterns we carry.

That realization sparked her passion for spiritual growth, energy work, and subconscious reprogramming. Today, Kaitlyn’s work blends science and soul, helping others release stored trauma, shift limiting beliefs, and reconnect with the version of themselves that feels grounded, powerful, and alive.

At the retreat, she’ll be guiding yoga flows, sound baths, and transformational breathwork journeys—all designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and heart-centered alignment.

She’s deeply committed to helping people come home to themselves, and believes that when we feel safe in our bodies and connected to our breath, we can create lasting change from within. Her facilitation style is nurturing, intuitive, and empowering—holding space for both softness and strength.

For Kaitlyn, this work isn’t just a practice—it’s a calling. She is here to remind others that healing is possible, and they already hold the power to create it.

Gabby Greenberg

Gabby’s passion for this work began through her own healing journey. After struggling with severe anxiety and depression that eventually manifested as life-threatening health issues, she found herself at a crossroads: keep pushing through… or fully commit to healing from the inside out.

Through deep personal work, she discovered balance through practices like breathwork, brain-heart coherence, and cooking—modalities that supported emotional release, nervous system regulation, and ultimately helped her heal physically and reconnect with her most authentic self.

Gabby now shares those tools with others by leading meditations, cooking classes, and intentional experiences that foster realignment, nourishment, and connection. As the founder of Gro Collectiv, a community-focused company, she hosts events and retreats designed to help people connect through new activities, shared experiences, and modern wellness modalities.

Whether it’s a dinner party, a movement class, or a full retreat, Gabby’s work is centered around creating spaces where people feel safe to show up as they are, try something new, and remember that they’re never alone in their growth.

Her mission? To remind people that healing doesn’t have to be lonely or rigid—it can be joyful, expressive, and deeply human.

No prior experience is necessary. All sessions are guided and designed to be accessible for everyone, whether you’re a beginner or experienced.

What should I bring with me to the retreat?

We’ll provide a detailed packing list before the retreat, but you can expect to bring comfortable clothing, a swimsuit, a journal, and any personal essentials you need for relaxation and self-care.

What if I don’t want a roommate?

Absolutely. Many attendees come solo and leave with deep connections in a supportive and welcoming environment.

What if I have eating restrictions?
