Opening Ceremony & Mindset Workshop – Get to know each other, learn powerful mindset shifts, and set clear intentions for the weekend

Welcome Dinner – Organic, homemade meal to nourish and connect (dietary restrictions will be honored for each guest as needed)

Breathwork & Sound Healing – Drop in and kick off this transformative weekend by connecting to your breath and healing sound frequencies

Saturday – Move, Cook, Relax, Dance

Morning Yoga – Start the day moving through a morning vinyasa in the sunshine

Breakfast – A fresh, whole food based meal to fuel the day and have you feeling your best

The Science of Breathwork & Brain-Heart Coherence Workshop – Learn how breathwork can rewire your brain, help your body release stored trauma, and why connecting our hearts and minds changes lives. We will close with a guided brain-heart coherence meditation

Cooking Class – Hands-on experience creating a whole-food, balanced meal

Psychedelic Breathwork – Guided session for deep inner work, with the option to add Space Bears gummies for enhanced connection

Are meals provided at the retreat?

Yes, all meals from Friday dinner to Sunday breakfast are included. Our meals are homemade, organic, nourishing, and thoughtfully curated to support your experience.

Do I need experience in yoga or breathwork?

No prior experience is necessary. All sessions are guided and designed to be accessible for everyone, whether you’re a beginner or experienced.

What should I bring with me to the retreat?

We’ll provide a detailed packing list before the retreat, but you can expect to bring comfortable clothing, a swimsuit, a journal, and any personal essentials you need for relaxation and self-care.

What if I don’t want a roommate?

Totally understandable, everyone has their own preferences. This is why we are providing a single room option at checkout. There will be a slight added cost since we will not be able to bring as many people, but know that our top priority is comfort and relaxation for everyone involved.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

We will send out a survey before the retreat to gather dietary needs and ensure all meals accommodate your preferences and restrictions.

Do I have to do psychedelics?

No, they are completely optional and facilitated in a safe, intentional setting for those who choose to participate.

Can I come alone?

Absolutely. Many attendees come solo and leave with deep connections in a supportive and welcoming environment.

What if I have eating restrictions?

This won’t be an issue at all. We will send out surveys for all your important information before the weekend so we can accommodate accordingly.
