Are meals included? Can you handle dietary needs?

Yes—every tasty, whole-ingredient meal is on us! We’re happy to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free and other requests. You’ll fill out a quick food survey after booking.

Do I need experience in yoga or breathwork?

No prior experience is necessary. All sessions are guided and designed to be accessible for everyone, whether you’re a beginner or experienced.

What should I pack?

Comfortable workout clothes, swimwear, a journal & pen, water bottle, flip-flops, light layers for cool desert evenings, and whatever makes you feel most you.

What if I don’t want a roommate?

Totally understandable, everyone has their own preferences. This is why we are providing a single room option at checkout.

How do I get there?

Fly into Palm Springs International (PSP), then grab a quick rideshare or rental car. We’ll send detailed directions once you book.

Do I have to do psychedelics?

Nope—our “psychedelic breathwork” is totally optional. All activities are designed to be powerful and effective without any exotic add-ons.

How many people will be there?

We cap the group at 14 to keep it intimate and fun—plenty of room to connect without overwhelming crowds.

What’s the cancellation & refund policy?

Full refund up to 30 days before (by Sept 10). After that, you can transfer your spot to a friend. Reach out if you need to make changes—we’ve got your back.
